1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Franchisor500 (“Platform”, “we”, “us”), you (“User”, “Subscriber”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
About the Platform
Franchisor500 is a B2B SaaS platform that provides franchise brands with tools for lead management, FDD compliance tracking, franchisee relationship management, document management, email outreach, and AI-powered content generation.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
Billing Terms
The Platform is offered on a monthly subscription basis (Starter at $99/month, Growth at $199/month). Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Franchisor500 to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Promotional codes (if applicable) may alter the amount billed for a specified period, after which standard pricing applies.
4. No Refund Policy
Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for partial months, unused features, or early cancellations. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
5. Cancellation
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
6. Free Trial
Trial Period
New users may access the Platform on a free trial basis for 14 days from registration. No payment information is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, access to AI-powered features requires an active paid subscription.
7. AI-Generated Content
AI Content Disclaimer
Franchisor500 uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate content, reports, and suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or business advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs. Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use and for consulting qualified professionals (including franchise attorneys) when required.
8. FTC Compliance Disclaimer
Compliance Notice
The Platform provides tools to assist with franchise disclosure compliance, but does not replace the advice of a qualified franchise attorney. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their franchise documentation and practices comply with applicable federal and state laws, including FTC regulations.
9. User Data & Content
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform (leads, documents, franchisee information). By uploading content, you grant Franchisor500 a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
10. Acceptable Use
Usage Rules
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) spam or harass leads or franchisees; (c) upload malicious content; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform.
11. Termination
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
12. Limitation of Liability
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Franchisor500 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
13. Changes to Terms
Updates
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
